During the installation of PC-BSD the installer provided an option to install XBMC. If you wish to install XBMC afterwards, use the System Packages tab of System Manager. You'll find XBMC under the Misc category of System Packages. Once MythTV is installed, an entry should be added to the Multimedia section of the application menu of your desktop.
