Sorry for the inconvenience.  Known Navigation header breakage, its being "rebuilt."
There may be other unforeseen breakage primarily in the handbook portion of the wiki.
The Table Of Contents section of each "PC-BSD® Users Handbook" page may be the best workaround.

The NavHeader will auto-translate: If the pages it "links to" have been translated already. Within the NavHeader template itself, it has a conditional to detect whether the NavHeader is on a localized page (such as "Preface/fr") and inserts the "/fr" after the page names given. "Introduction" becomes "Introduction/fr" and the hover text becomes whatever is at "Translations:Introduction/Page display title/fr" which may be 'nothing' if the page "Introduction/fr" does not exist (because page 'Introduction' was not yet translated).
