Sorry for the inconvenience.  Known Navigation header breakage of “Previous:” and “Next:” links, the Table Of Contents may be the solution for those.
However, unfortunately, the Table of contents may also be broken, and there may be other unforeseen breakage primarily in the handbook portion of the wiki.
Presently the 10.1 Table Of Contents is being "reconstructed" becoming incrementally fixed while the other handbook versions may have various breakage.

[edit] Usage

The row assignments are not needed for new tables built with this template. It should display fine whether they exist or not, since its handled by css now instead of inline style assignments. {{tbl-init|align=center|caption=1a. The caption}}
{{tbl-title|column title}}
|-

{{tbl-cell|row=1|The content}}
|-
{{tbl-cell|row=
2|The content}}
|}

Also place a total of exactly one <noinclude>{{GroupListHeading|group=tables}}</noinclude> at the bottom of the page, below any existing <noinclude>{{refheading}}</noinclude> and above the category links section.
