[ScrotWM] is a minimalist window manager written by OpenBSD hackers. It is designed to use keyboard shortcuts to access applications and provides a configuration file. If you haven't used ScrotWM, take a moment to read through its [man page] first.
Figure 5.8a provides a screenshot of ScrotWM running on a PC-BSD system:
