Sorry for the inconvenience.  Known Navigation header breakage, its being "rebuilt."
There may be other unforeseen breakage primarily in the handbook portion of the wiki.
The Table Of Contents section of each "PC-BSD® Users Handbook" page may be the best workaround.

Talk:Writing an IMG File to Flash media

From PC-BSD Wiki

I noticed that the FreeBSD boot loader can recognize the USB flash drive. I have two pc-bsd partitions on the same drive that are bootable (listed at F1 and F2). When I plugged my little usb drive in, that one was listed underneath as F5. I'm not sure why it used F5 instead of F3 or F4.. but this is a further option than to specifically set the bios to boot from the usb (however boot capability may need to be enabled from bios). My bios has a setting to allow USB storage devices. --Tigersharke 11:18, 20 January 2011 (PST)

@tigersharke Will read what you wrote on later, and comment, busy

@everyone else I finally understand why this section is so much troublesome for many people, when I have the time I will expand on it. But so far read and reference this:

If you want write about this additional and crucial info, you are free to do so, so that it may addded on the handbook. --"What may be obvious to you, may not be obvious to others. That's why we have to write about them." 21:22, 25 January 2011 (PST)
